November 9, 20169 yr Hey guys, I Stopped playing for a little while due to work, And about 2 weeks ago i started playing again. And last night i found out someone hacked my account, Im looking for help to recover it.. I sent an appeal and supplied cc info purchase dates, what i bought etc. And i gave 2 previous passwords the email it was linked too and it was denied.. Does someone have some tips or ideas for me please? I really would like to get my account back, I have too much time invested in to this game for it to go away just like that. Thanks
November 9, 20169 yr That's really odd, maybe tweet/post on Reddit if that is available to you and ask what additional information they might need? But it seems that credit card info or earlier passwords should be enough so I'm kind of stumped as you are. Maybe a Jmod can suggest some other info you can add for another appeal.
