Hello,

 

I purchased a VPS so when I'm not home (e.g. on break at work, or not home) and I'm not busy I can login to RuneScape via my phone on the VPS. I was just going to ask if my IP/Account would be flagged since my IP would be bouncing from Pennsylvania, USA and Florida, USA. I just would rather be safe than sorry.

It's not a good idea to be honest (and better safe than sorry!). You may well not have problems for a while but if something sets off Jagex's systems it'll be nigh impossible to get them to sort out any resulting issues with your account.
