June 13, 20188 yr How do I make a clockwork shield? I have seen a crown as well; was told you make them with crystal bows. Anyone know?
June 14, 20188 yr It was a cosmetic item available during one of the promotions Jagex ran last year. I don't think there's currently any way of obtaining them, but keep an eye in the future as sometimes Jagex makes them available once again in future promotions.
