it is HP laptop and it is now locked coz my son keeps inputting the wrong password. I searched online and many people are saying making a password reset disk. Anyone know how to get it fixed in details?

Didn't you have a password reset disk before? well .....try making a bootable disk with USB , DVD or CD since which can also be used as a password reset disk .
