I was in the frog cave as a frog and I noticed I left my tellies in the bank. When I logged in the cave then back in I was a human for around 2 seconds. I was able to click the teleport screen and varrock tele. So if I had took my teles with me could've I teleported out of the cave as a frog?

No,simply because the magic panel is taken away in the frog cave.

 

 

 

Although that would be interesting.... get poisoned and die in the frog cave, hop around Lumby as a frog. 8)
