PC litteraly freezing for no reason at all.

My laptop has this little thing going, every once in a while, it freezes. The hardrive keeps humming and all, but what u see on the screen is what u would usualy see when u r not moving the mouse. It kind of just freeses.

 

 

 

I think it is my video card, because i had video-related problems playing Warcraft3, but then a message popped up telling that i need a better driver.

 

 

 

My videocard is S3 Graphics Savage/IX 16 Mb memory.

 

 

 

700 MhZ Intel Pentium 3 processor

 

 

 

512 meg of ram.

 

 

 

 

 

All my updates are installed and i have a scheduled virus and spyware check and auto-updates everyday at 9AM.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Any help would be appreciated.
