lvl 60 im gettin 23 while holdin wrench, 22 without

That would blow! I am 67 prayer and getting 68 this week so I can get +1 from pots. Then I would need 1 more level to be an odd lvl to get another +2 from wrench... ((I HATE GRINDING BONES!))
