need help with editing recorded vids using Camtasia Studio 3

yeah, i need some help. i use Camtasia Studio 3 and i record my pking sessions with ma mates

 

i can cut out the crap etc. but how do i edit it?

 

like, put circles on the kills, highlight thingys

 

stuff like that
