ok im lvl 29 rc lvl and want to raise it the fastest to lvl 40.

You could craft bodies for the most exp but there more or less useless. Or you could craft airs and A) sell them or B) train magic

and which bank would be closest? edgevill or somthing?

Edgeville for bodies. And Falador east for Airs

Earth's are a good compromise between closeness to a bank, selling them and experience. I think 6.5exp per ess, and airs are only 5, and bodies are 7.5.

Actually you might find bodies useful for 'missed curse' mage training. Having said that, I always crafted airs using Fally east bank.
