You could craft bodies for the most exp but there more or less useless. Or you could craft airs and A) sell them or B) train magic

Earth's are a good compromise between closeness to a bank, selling them and experience. I think 6.5exp per ess, and airs are only 5, and bodies are 7.5.

Actually you might find bodies useful for 'missed curse' mage training. Having said that, I always crafted airs using Fally east bank.
