Ok.....you know that when ever someone posts a runecrafting acheivement or something like that? :D well.....i have noticed that there are pictures of Runescape saying, "Members can now craft soul runes"

Soul runes are currently uncraftable due to a lack of Soul Rune talismen and Soul Alters.

do you know what lvl it is that it says you are able to?

you cant craft them but when you reach the levels of 77 and 91 it says you can craft blood runes at 77 and craft souls at 91 but as you can craft them you dont really gain anything except at 91 with double nats

they aint lvl 77 is blood and lvl 91 or 92 is soul the ports to the altars are alreayd in the abyss but there arent unlocked yet by some ques tor something
