Expensive:

 

cannon + rune knives at dags

 

 

 

Cheap:

 

Bronze arrows at crabs/hobgoblins (f2p)

 

 

 

Middle:

 

Iron knives at any "soft" target (low def)

 

 

 

You might want to try out the new minigame while you sling some bronze arrows for some added xp.

 

 

 

Sorry that I don't have any firm numbers for you but I would go with the iron knives path.
