First of all... don't triple post.

 

 

 

If your power mining i reccomend the Hobgoblin mine in the lvl 28 wilderness. Just take your pick and stay there till your satisfied, the hobgoblins will ignore you after about 10 min.

 

 

 

And for the money, do it in a skill you enjoy. I would reccomend either fishing, woodcutting or theiving.
