go here . u'll find everything. they are just bones that give u 4 x the normal exp of wut u get.

its a members only area where you will need same amount of buckets and pots as you have in bones : 250 dragon bones : 250 pots : 250 buckets.

 

the main point of this place is so that members get more xp per bone (i guess)

 

so frankly when someone tell you "go ecto that dragon bone. normal bone (etc) he actually wants to tell you to go to ectofuntus and grind the bones .. blah blah blah .....

 

There is a small guide on tipit somewhere that help you with the whole process.
