where would you recomend training?

Right now I am 26 range and I'm killing cows, its working alright for me. If you don't want to do that I'd suggest going to fight the barbarians or the dark wizards. But one of my favourite spots is fighting the Al-Kharid guards, they are inside the palace right by the bank in Al-Kharid.

The lessers in the Karamaja Volcano is always a good place to range, but for lower level ranging, I'd say the guards around the top floor on Varrock Castle. There are some rails there that you can range behind.
