Silverchipmunk
I'm getting members in a few weeks, what should I train? what should I do in preparation for members? My stats are in my sig.
simran
Well if u think you can make money with those stats on members you are sadly mistaken. If you want money, get runescrafting up to like 60 and craft natures. If you want to pk in members wildy , get your combat stats WAY up. If you want to just have fun then have a drop party. :P If you are planning to stay member for short time like 1 month, DO NOT get ur new member skills up like agility cause its a waste of time. If you like ranging then fletch, you can keep the arrows on f2p and train with loads of arrows. Same goes for making tons of runes. Hope this helped a little. Silverchipmunk
I'm not a pking person, but I will work on my rc. Any other ways to make money p2p?
Risen_The
Definitely 43 prayer, it'll be VERY useful. I'd also suggest to get 40+ range, 55+ magic, 50+ fishing, and maybe if you have time 44 rc. http://forum.tip.it/viewtopic.php?t=525348 - My Pking Gallery I'M BACK FOR SUMMER BABY
ishepp
Runecraft to lvl 44. Make airs in f2p for fastest xp and cash while you lvl. If you are planning to stay member for short time like 1 month, DO NOT get ur new member skills up like agility cause its a waste of time. Agree with this, BUT you might want to train agility, the run effect works in F2P i think, someone confirm or correct please. You could do other skills if you enjoy them, but if its for a short time only have fun with minigames and quests instead. 89/99 farming
RAHK
After you enjoy doing random things train your agility. It is the only member skill that you can enjoy when you return to f2p. ALL of your training should be on that because you can't really make a ton of money at your level in a month compared to the HUGE benefit that the agility will bring you in the long run while on f2p. PM me in game to use some skills of mine (glories/potions) free or to ask a question.Fire Cape - 04/29/06 Lvl 104RAHK's Pro PC Gear and Guide(clickable) Tired of hack and slash? FPSers getting old? dogfever
Fletching is how I make my money (when I can be bothered). When I got members I trained fletching by cutting willows and fletching unstrung willow longs (you need to do some other stuff first, see below). To get from lv1(arrow shafts) to lv70 (yew longs) you need 565 normal logs, 787 oak logs and 17333 willow logs. This is if you are fletching unstrung bows (cheapest and probably fastest). You start by fletching arrow shafts (79 logs will give you 1185 shafts and lv5) The shafts sell for about 10 gp each. Then fletch 154 short bows and just see them to the general store (idk how much they sell for). Lv10. Then 332 long bows. Lv20. 204 oak shorts. Lv25 583 oak longs. Lv35 446 willow shorts. Lv40 16887 willow longs. Lv70 It is possible to do maples but they cut slower and cost more so I never bothered. At 70 you can make yew longs which you can high alch for 748gp (I think, about that anyway) or sell for 550-600gp each. Plus if you cut your own logs, which takes time but can be done in f2p. You will have over 70wc meaning you can cut magic logs (slow but they sell for 900-1000gp each). RC is also supposed to be good but I never really bothered. Silverchipmunk
Think I'll train range to 40-50, get better prayer, 50-55 fishing, magic 55, and 44 rc. It might take a while.
