im lvl 41 andi can hit 11 with combat and 12 with mage

 

are these hits good- also should i buy a full mystic 250k??

Well i guess hitting an 11 is okay for a lvl 44. U are probably a member if you are buying full mystic so if you go pking, i would suggest u dont buy it cause u could just loose it when u die.
