my theft level is 32 and my goal is to level up to 38 so i can pickpocket master farmers and steal herbs thus getting my herbology level up?

 

 

 

Are rogues the best way to do it?

If you want herbs, I'd go to the Chaos Druids in the Taverley or Edgeville dungeon. Anyway, HAM is a pretty fun way.
