My account sombra3292 was banned tuesday (May 9th) and I sent in an appeal that was answered the next day. Jagex said they would unban my account in 1 weeks time and I assumed that would mean the 17th since they sent me the message on the 10th. Well its now the 20th and my account should have been unbanned 3 days ago. Who should in Jagex should I message about this problem? Thanks in advance for anyone who can offer me some help in this situation.

=P Well I'm trying to figure out where I should send that message, I can't seem to find the right place to send the message to, as in what area of the Runescape site do I send that message to lol?

I have never been banned or sent them a mesage before but if you go under the "Account Recovery" sub-menu it's a option "Appeal a ban" I bet it's there... :wink:

Lol ok I understand your trying to be helpful and I totally appreciate it, but if you'd read my whole post you will find that I stated I allready sent in the appeal and they accepted it 10 days ago lol. Which is why I started this post, account was supposed to be unbanned 3 days ago according to Jagex.

Just send them a quote of they saying that you was supposed to be banned for 1 week. And you still ain't unbanned. How hard can it be :wall:

Lol I see where we are getting confused now, you see your only allowed to send in one appeal per banning. Meaning I can't send in another appeal since I sent in the one that gave me 1 week instead of permenant. Lol are we on the same page now? I can't send in an appeal of their quote or whatever so now where do I send it is what im asking lol.
