May 25, 200620 yr Garlic can be found in Draynor village (the one house that has a quest start, second floor it's in a cabinet on the wall by the way.) And Charcoal, can be bought from the General store on Karamja, north of the Tai Bwo Wannai Trio village. It costs ~100 gold.
