The first two banking ones: Mining guild and the iron right outside the mining guild if you go to dwarven mines.

 

 

 

Dropped iron: Al kharid mines or the above :)

i agree with blazeofire apart from, if ur dropping try sumwere with low level iron miners like rimmington mine or south east varrok
