How or what do you light at the church alter to get prayer

It says if you light 2 candles with an oak alter you get 150% prayer increase. Well, i have the 2 candles on the left and right side of my alter lit and i still only get 43/43 prayer. wth?

You sacrifice your bones, it doesn't overboost your prayer at all. Just gives you more prayer xp.
