What do I need to Beat Elvarg with Range?

My current range level is 37. I have 10 defence. I have 28 hp. What minimum stats and equipment should i have to fight him?

If you mean Elvarg the dragon, then you need to get a anti-dragon shield. It is essential. Also, if using range, get a crossbow, and get to level 40 range. Bring lobbies, i brought 20, and cam out with 14.

I did this with 33 rng. And 28 Chocolate cakes. 22/43 prayer would be a bonus.

this would work. But the prayer may not last as long, since something drains it slowly in Elvarg. If you don't beat it fast enough though, you will have no prayer.
