June 2, 200620 yr Well, IDK, We know how jagex has been ban happy recently, Since its you and your brother which doesnt make it account sharing/trading I guess its safe, But I would just give him something so it looks sort of even just incase, Or just go to duel arena and duel each other, I would use those methods to keep safe. Visit the public library and trade 1k gp for 3k oaks. Better safe than sorry, hehe.
