Ok well i wanna make pk vids but i cant record without noticing lag. I have an AMD 64 Athlon 3000+ and 1.5gigs of ram so i dont think im lacking anywhere there.. i use Camtasia 3 to record.. and i used the Video guide to set it up except i didnt turn off the hardware acceleration because that made me lag even more.. so i dont know what im doing wrong.. anyone got any suggestions?

do you have full camtasia open while you are recording or just the recorder? if that isnt it try checking your system processes see which are running high and if you can close them and record at the same time

Just the recorder. It doesnt lag my computer, just the rs screen... like without recording you can move the camera smooth and when u record its like slower when you turn the camera angle and when you click.. it like clicks somewhere else on the screen other than where i clicked.
