Chaos go for anywhere between 120-150ea (more in bulk).

 

 

 

Pure ess depends on the size of the order. I have bought 1k for 60ea but the price is still pretty unstable since the update.

Yea pure ess can sell up to 100 each when in amounts above 2k, I think if you buy it below 70 each you got a good deal.

 

 

 

For chaos your best bet is buying from rune shops. Theres a lot of them around the rs map and with 132 worlds now available you got good odds to find a shop that is still full with runes.
