in the update, it says there is a new non-member dungeon. ive looked all over the map and still cant find it. can anyone help me?

It's mentioned in the Behind the Scenes, that just tells you what's coming out sometime this month, not telling you it's out yet. When it is released it will have it's own headline in the News section, as well as where to go.

If Jagex ever made a perfect update, there would be players complaining about nothing to complain about.
