June 7, 200620 yr They were about 2.1mil BC (before construction). They're not hard to find just do a search on official forums or market place here and have a look at a few threads to gauge current prices last I saw they were going for between 1 and 1.4 mil. It gives a +4 range bonus to both attack and defense. No other bonuses.
