Acct Hacked with No Recov

Hey one of my accounts got hacked with no recov or anything. The person just changed the pass and logged on. Is there anyway to get it back? Or do you think that Jagex can ban him? It just happened like 5 mins ago..

Well, I don't know why you wouldn't set any recovery questions. I would assume there's no way to get it back, but maybe send Jagex a query they'll tell you for sure if there's a way.
