Hi im currently level 27 magic and want to get to 40

 

Im currently using fire strike as i hav lava staff but need to know a better way of raising which doesn't envolve that much money(currently hav 155k and getting more on saturday)

You could try the fail-curse method, but it doesnt give you HP experience. Or you could craft your own runes instead of buying them.
