It should be able to own just wear full rune and dont range.

Yeah like he said don't combine the two, stick to ranging or melee.

you need more atk, 70 would be good

 

also wear full rune and take green hide in inv in case you fight a mage

45 range isn't good at all against people combat 73, just be pure melee. Wear full rune.

A higher attack and defence while having a lower strength would be ideal for a PKer, so you can hit accurately while they hit little or not at all.
