i kno there is a spawn at draynor and bandit camp but is there any other places? and is there a place where u can buy em? (remember im a f2p)

I believe those are the only 2 place they spawn at. You could buy them at the port sarim shop. And i would recomend using the one in draynor as its closest to the bank.
