Can someone tell me a good one, i've tried camt,hypercam, snag it... all of them lag when i try to record the rs window!! I don't know how people do it!! i put the video capture frame thingy 6 :x

You may just have a slow computer. If you had more CPU you could probably run it. I'm no computer wiz but I think CPU is what allows you to run multiple programs on a pc and if your CPU is not good you can not run as many programs. If you have a good CPU then try to turn off any other programs that are running other then the video program and runescape.
