Climbing boots can be bought from Tenzing, the sherpa near Burthrope, during and after the death platau quest.

 

 

 

2. How do you get the prayer books?

 

 

 

The prayer books are a reward from the Horror from the Deep quest. After beating it, you can select which book yuo want. However in order to use them fully, you must obtain the four missing pages. This con be done buy doing treasure trails, or buying them off of other players
