Steel pl8 doesnt seem worth it as it takes ages to make 1k of them and i could get more cash out of selling the bars. Ive decided i will do steel square shields. Theyre 400gp per alch and require only 2 steel bars which means i can make more and get more mage experience out of high alching. Is this a good idea. Ur thoughts are welcome [-o ive quit because of the dumb side of the RS community, not because i play too much (like 1 hour a day) dont get lured! pauloino Posted June 18, 2006 Share Posted June 18, 2006 the reason steel plates are alched is because they are fast smith exp and best cash of all steel items: steel sq = 2 bars , u get 400 from alch 400/2 = 200 per bar steel pl8= 5 bars , u get 1200 1200/2 = 240 per bar so steel plates are best Slayer FTW!!!
