i guess its like world 66 law crafting:

 

 

 

bring 27 UN-noted ess, trade a crafter for *ammount of airs* + 27 noted ess

The crafters either trade 125 airs (crafters who trade airs wear blue robes) or 2000gp cash (crafters in black robes trade cash) for 25 unnoted ess.

 

 

 

Edit: Forgot you also give them 25 noted ess.

 

 

 

People prefer cash I think.
