where can u get eggs quick and effortless?(not including waiting for respawns)

There are 2/3 respawns to the west of the river in Lumbridge or two spawns in the farm south of Fally, just north of Port Sarim. There is a farm with more respawns on Entranta but it's a pain to bank. I'm sure there are more.
