The mail purpose of the postbag sections is to answer rs player's questions regarding the game NPC's. I'm still not entirely sure whether the questions are genuine or fabricated but as far as I know they are real. I hope this answered your question.

lol im gonna sound stupid again, but that didnt make sense...i am sooo sorry, i know im and idiut, :wall: but plz try to explain differently. u dont have to lol.

No you don't sound stupid....just a little confused....well, its just a little humor . There are things in runescape called NPCs, they are the non-playable characters in rs, meaning thatt they are just part of the game...an example would be the people you talk to to start quests and minigames...basically runescape players email thier questions to a Jagex employee who answers them with humor, if u are still having problems, PM me on runescape (RS name - darkdan990) and ill do my best to answer your questions
