Money making - Where to go with 149k?

Today I just sold some stuff and now have 149k. I have been trying to make big money in the past, but never succeeded (it seems harder to merchant with bulk). I'm wondering where to go in terms of investing my money. Should I get some more cash first? (money making stats below):

 

 

 

RCing: 23

 

Mining: 55

 

Smithing: 45

 

Magic: 55

 

WCing: 62

 

Fishing: 55

 

Cooking: 53

 

Crafting: 25

 

 

 

Any money stats I missed? (I'm F2P btw)

 

 

 

Or should I invest now? If so, in what item and for how much/how many?

 

 

 

My goal right now is 1 mil. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for your time.
