In all the guides I've seen online, all say that the runes are offered at a discount (specifically, nature - 189, blood 420, etc.)

 

 

 

Whenever I shop there, natures are 225 and bloods are 500. these prices are equal to mage guild prices with a stock of zero.

 

 

 

I have done all three parts of rogue trader, and I have gone there wearing my ring of charos(u).

 

 

 

Is there something I'm missing, or did Jagex up the prices after everyone wrote their guides?

The cheap prices are only for the people who unlock the rune chests.

I've done the puzzles for elemental and 'other' runes...

 

 

 

do i have to do that each visit? and if so, do i have to buy all the runes at once or can i buy nats at 189 only?

Have to do it all the time for the cheap prices, and no, it is not required that you buy all at once.
