Go to world 18, take 27 unnoted ess to air alter, crafter trades for airs and noted ess, run to bank, unnoted ess, repeat.

Quit RS, combat 104, total 1651

I believe its world 16, or it was when I last checked.

 

And you only need 25 un noted ess. Trade a crafter, who will give you noted ess and cash in return.
