To take a screen shot press the button next to F12, it says Print Screen|SysRq on it (for me at least) and the screen shot will be placed on the keyboard. Go into an image program (I think paint is the easiest) and press paste. Save, upload to a website, and that's how you get the URL.

im not a computer genius and have no idea to load a picture to a website

when you save the image to your computer, go to imageshack.us and click the browse button, then hit upload. then it will give you a link to your picture
