I think im doing something wrong , or jagex doesn't care, when ever i report abuse on offensive language 99 % of the time i never get a letter back ... Why ? :-k

Jagex doesn't have time to personally respond to each one of their thousands of reports. However, just because they aren't responding to you doesn't mean that they're ignoring your report.
