Go to runescape.com, then, on the left side of the screen, it should say "view hiscores" or something like that. Once you click that, you will have to login using your runescape name and password to view your own stats.

Actually you only need to login if you're trying to quickly compare your scores and your friends' scores. It's possible to utilize the "Search by Username" (or whatever) to look up your own name without logging in.
