OK... some of you may know me as Chauboy... a member who last year was rich... and was very addicted. This year I was in all honors classes in my fresh,man year in high school and had no time to play. I took a six month lay off from the game, and in that time got hacked, and the hacker also changed the recovery questions. I soent tons of time on the account merchanting and skills... and now it is all gone... porbably more than 3000 hours in the account. I do not have the recovery questions, and even when i put in the agreement number, transaction ID, and the pin number, as well as the pw's used on the account, jagex still doesnt not accept it...

If he/she changed recovery questions and password, the only way is to send in an appeal. Go to the 'appeal aa ban' option on the runescape main page. Put in the info that it asks for. 90% of the time they won't let you get your account back, though...
