Is there a spear shop anywhere in RS or can they only be obtained by killing npc's?

I think only NPC's. I know some that drop spears, though. Tell me your attack level, and I will tell you what monsters to kill.

 

 

 

(Do you have a Ring of Wealth?)

Attack lvl is 53. Don't have a ring of wealth.

Well, I know that Moss Ginats do drop mith spears, and if you train up your attack 7 more levels, then get a ring of welath, then you may have a chance with moss giants for them to drop a dragon spear.
