where could i train the best ?

 

i am a f2p and combatlvl 38

the minotaurs at the security stronghold are pretty easy. they drop a lot of arrows, and you don't need a lot of food.

are there more good spots for me to train ?

try the hill giants under varrock. They are especially good if you want to make some $ or get prayer exp

First, you need to buy a brass key. Go west of Varrock, heading towards Falador. Just east of the river you cross to get to the Barbarian village, stop. Go north until you see a small building, and use your key with the door. Go down the ladder and kill Hill Giants.
