Download like a prog that starts up every time you start your PC up and it like records how long its been on for and how many times you clicked etc...

uh you do get programs like those. I can't think of any off the top of my head by just have a search about.

Not for windows lol, Umm if i get around to it ill try to make something that records how long you have been online, as well as saving logs of it, but dont know if i will get to it
