i am lv 41 smithing. how long will it take me to get 99 smithing?

 

i have 500k and 442 iron ore and 1658 coal ore and 90 steal bars.

 

i know i'm being a noob but i really want to be 99 smithing this is my favorite skill :oops: !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

And it'll take a long time, a very long, long, long (did i mention very long?) time. And a huge, huge amount of cash and patience.

Level 42 smithing is probably not 1% of the way there.

With those resources, I estimate about 4 years.

Btw, lvl 53 is about 1% of 99.

It's cool of you to set your goal on smithing but let me tell you you're going to get so many lvls (I'm guessing you'll get to about lvl 60) and REALLY need a break...not to sound rude but the 500k and ores you have now might get you 5 lvls tops...but keep at it...i would use iron to level up...if you get tired of mining iron do some coal and do steel plates (those high alch for a decent amount too so with a fire staff and nats you'd make some profit) What i'm doing now (smithing lvl 75) is buying my mith ore but mining the coal myself...making pl8s and high alching them...spending 1.7k per pl8 and getting 3.3k when i alch it...or if you're a member use the goldsmithing gauntlets from the family crest quest and smith gold ores (62.5 xp per ore!) just some tips, hope they're some help and good luck!

i have 54 smithing .. well its 55 now .. im making 1k steel bars and 250 mith ones and sellin only 500 steel .. il end up with only 58 smithing lol ... thats like ... 700k+ of bars .. 1k steel = 600k ... right?
