Where is the best place to get a shield half drop,

 

I.E. the hardest and the safest, plus the quickest.

I dont know about hard or easy but its all random, so i would reccomend using the safe spots on the fire giants, as they can drop the shield half and have many other good drops, and are excellent exp.
