well the title says all, i want to know whether to use iron knifes, or maple bow with steel arrows,. And where is the best place to train to get to my goal the quickest

(Iron)Knifes on Rapid. Watch the bodies hit the floor 8-).

I agree with the knives, and i would recomend training on the guards on top of varrock castle or the mintoaurs in the stronghold of security, there are fences/walls to range over for both.
